We collect three categories of personal data. Account data: name, email, date of birth, address, password hash, state of residence. KYC data: photo ID, selfie, proof of address. Gameplay data: every bet, every spin, every redemption request — tied to your account ID. We also collect device and connection data (IP, browser, OS, device identifier) for fraud prevention.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share with advertising networks. We do not run third-party tracking pixels on this site.
We use first-party cookies for session state, CSRF protection, and locale preference. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta pixels or any third-party tracker. A first-time visitor sees a single banner offering reject-all or accept-all; both options leave the site fully functional.
Account and gameplay data is retained for seven years from account closure, as required by US federal anti-money-laundering recordkeeping rules. KYC documents are retained for five years from last verification. Marketing preferences are retained indefinitely on opt-out so we honour your "do not contact" choice if you return.
Under CCPA / CPRA (California), CDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), CTDPA (Connecticut), UCPA (Utah) and equivalents, you have the right to access, correct, delete and port your personal data, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" (we do neither). You may exercise these rights by writing to [email protected]. We respond within 45 days. You may also appoint an authorised agent.
Personal data is stored on AWS infrastructure in us-east-1 and us-west-2. Some processors (Jumio, Evolution) operate from non-US regions; transfers rely on standard contractual clauses where applicable.
Lucky North is strictly 18+ (21+ in some states). We do not knowingly collect data on minors. If you believe a minor has registered, write to [email protected] and we will delete the account and all associated data.
TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest, password hashing with Argon2id, KYC documents stored encrypted with per-tenant keys. Annual SOC 2 Type II audit. Security incidents are disclosed to affected players within 72 hours.
We notify users by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. The current version is always dated at the top of this page.
